Membership Directory Advertising Opportunity:

Alaska Power Association publishes a comprehensive annual directory of our Active, Associate, and Supporting members, and also our affiliates. We produce this communications resource in partnership with a third-party publisher, Northwest Strategies (NWS).

When compared to similar publications, the advertisements in the directory are reasonably priced for a frequently used publication with a one-year shelf life. Alaska Power Association offers many conferences, events and training programs throughout the year for members. Annual activities include: the Communicators Forum, APA Legislative Conference, APA Annual Membership Meeting and several youth leadership programs. With the help of corporate sponsors, the association is able to host these activities at reasonable fees so as many members as possible may take advantage of educational opportunities. The Millennium Alaskan Hotel and Anchorage Hampton Inn offer APA members discounted rates

The Millennium Alaskan Hotel, an APA Supporting Member, is offering Alaska Power Association members discounted rates. Situated on the shores of scenic Lake Spenard, one mile from Anchorage International Airport and four miles from downtown Anchorage, the Millennium Alaskan Hotel is the perfect starting point to explore the many wonders Alaska has to offer. The hotel offers complimentary airport and downtown shuttle service.

The Anchorage Hampton Inn located on the corner of Tudor and C Street is now offering Alaska Power Association members discounted rates. The convenient midtown location offers a free breakfast buffet, free wireless and internet service, and a complimentary airport, downtown, and restaurant shuttle.

Richard Adams, Sales Manager for the property is offering rates that are about $50-$60 off the 'standard rack rate'. For individual reservations, the rate ranges are:

Off Peak  (September 16 to May 14): $109 plus tax, depending upon occupancy
Peak        (May 15 to September 15): $209 plus tax
