Investment Review Committee (IRC)
The Investment Review Committee (IRC) is a standing committee of the ARECA Insurance Exchange who meets and review, on a quarterly basis, a summary report on the Exchange’s investment portfolio, investment activities, and investment practices and determine whether they are consistent with the Exchange’s written investment policy.
The committee is comprised of five members appointed from the ARECA Insurance Exchange Board of Trustees to serve a term of one year .
